TECO Announces 500+ Global Job Openings, Targets Young Talent for Energy Transition and AI Infrastructure

2026/03/07

TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd. today launched its 2026 recruitment campaign at National Taiwan University’s campus job fair on Palm Boulevard, announcing more than 500 key positions worldwide as the company accelerates its global expansion and industrial transformation.

The openings span a wide range of engineering and technical roles, as TECO seeks young professionals with engineering expertise, cross-disciplinary capabilities, and global perspectives to support the growing demand for electrification and AI infrastructure worldwide.

“TECO is entering a critical phase of transformation and global expansion,” said Morris Li, Chairman of TECO. “We look forward to welcoming a new generation of talented professionals who are ready to take on challenges and help us lead the industry in the global wave of energy transition and AI infrastructure development.”

The recruitment event at NTU attracted large numbers of students, with many visiting TECO’s booth to learn about the company’s businesses and career opportunities. Candidates submitted resumes on site and spoke directly with human resources representatives about potential career paths.

According to TECO, this year’s recruitment focuses on several strategic areas, including AI data center EPC engineering, high-power electronics R&D, electromechanical integration, electrification solutions, energy storage engineering, ESCO energy-saving technologies, and commercial HVAC technical services. Through recruiting diverse technical talents, the company aims to further strengthen its competitiveness in the global market.

TECO currently operates manufacturing and business locations across Taiwan, North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan, China, and Australia and New Zealand, forming a well-established international network. As the company continues further expanding into Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets, demand for professionals with cross-border capabilities and international mobility is expected to grow.

To cultivate global leadership talent, TECO has also launched the second year of its Management Associate (MA) program, targeting roles in overseas project management, international business development, global finance and operations, and international manufacturing engineering. The program includes comprehensive training, international rotations, and participation in major global engineering projects, along with one-on-one mentorship from senior executives. Members of the last year’s MA program have already participated in large-scale international projects and completed overseas assignments in China, South East Asia, and Middle East. The above progress shows TECO’s aspirations and achievements in global talent cultivation.

TECO has recently received recognition for its brand development and workplace environment. Earlier this year, the company was named among the “2025 Best Taiwan Global Brands” by Taiwan’s Industrial Development Administration. It also received the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025” award from the international HR publication HR Asia.

The company noted that “One TECO” serves as the guiding principle for its global operations, supported by core values of client centricity, growth mindset, open dialogue, and co-creation, as it continues to drive corporate transformation and cultural renewal.

2026 also marks TECO’s 70th anniversary. Under the theme “Move to Lead,” the company is expanding into new markets while strengthening its technological capabilities. Following the NTU recruitment event, TECO will continue its campus recruitment tour at National Taipei University of Technology, National Central University, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, inviting young talent to join the company and contribute to the next era of energy transition and AI development.
