T Power Air UAV Powertrain Meets High Payload and eVTOL Requirements

TECO focuses on agricultural, commercial, and logistics drones. The newly developed medium-size UAV powertrain features hairpin motors and incorporates five patented technologies: in-slot air cooling, 20g axial shock resistance, three-proof coating, high-grade salt spray protection, and high-temperature aluminous housing for anti-bearing slip , supporting a MTOW of 150 kg.

 

The mass-produced OD128 medium-size UAV powertrain uses an outer-rotor hairpin winding with Halbach magnet arrangement, achieving a torque density of 25 Nm/kg and peak power over 13 kW. Each motor can lift more than 75 kg, now the integrated into drone supply chain.

TECO focuses on agricultural, commercial, and logistics drones. The newly developed medium-sized UAV flat-wire motor propulsion system incorporates five patented technologies: in-slot air cooling, resistance to 20 g axial shock, triple-protection coating, high-grade salt spray resistance, and high-temperature aluminum chamber anti-bearing slip. It supports a maximum payload of 150 kg, meeting the requirements for electric VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft. The mass-produced 12.5 kW medium-sized UAV propulsion system uses an outer-rotor small flat-wire winding with a Halbach magnet arrangement, achieving a torque density of 25 Nm/kg and a peak power exceeding 13 kW, with a single motor capable of lifting over 75 kg. These high-speed, high-voltage, high power-density electric motors demonstrate TECO’s innovation and manufacturing strength in smart mobility and aerial transport applications.
