Q: What are your current primary job responsibilities?
A: I am currently a member of the Training and Development section, primarily responsible for internal talent development across the company. This includes planning
a series of talent development courses for everyone from front-line staff and production line personnel to entry-level, mid-level, and senior management, providing both internal and external learning resources to all colleagues.
Q: What do you like most about TECO?
A: TECO is a well-established, long-standing enterprise, which makes it very stable compared to other companies. The stable working hours,
in particular, allow me plenty of time for leisure activities after work. Furthermore, the company recently introduced a new learning platform that makes it much more convenient for colleagues to study during their commute or after hours.
