Q: What are your current primary job responsibilities?
A: I currently serve as a Home Appliance Product Manager. My main duties include product planning, marketing planning, and sales collaboration. The home appliance
market in Taiwan is highly competitive, but TECO relies on its solid foundation to gain consumer trust in government projects, existing channels, and emerging markets alike.
Q: What do you like most about TECO?
A: I appreciate the workplace environment the most. Not only do colleagues get along well, but when issues arise, various departments do
their best to assist. Supervisors and senior colleagues provide timely feedback, allowing me to learn a great deal of experience and knowledge, which is very helpful for expanding my PM expertise. What's even better is that if I have new ideas or approaches
for solving a problem, as long as they are practical and I can convince other colleagues and superiors, I have the opportunity to implement them in a real business scenario.
During my time at TECO, I've also had opportunities to challenge new fields and participate in various projects based on my interests and professional knowledge. It’s an organization where
employees and the company can grow together. Despite being a company with over sixty years of history, the organization remains flexible and is not purely conservative or old-fashioned.
Q: If you had to share your experience of TECO with others, how would you describe it?
A: The public impression of TECO home appliances is that of a stable, evergreen enterprise. However, after joining the company, I discovered
that it is constantly developing more refined management systems and methods. As the market changes, the strategies for various products and channels are continuously adjusted. Working here allows for rapid growth and learning; the work content is rich and
challenging, making every day fulfilling. My colleagues all excel in their professional fields, making it an excellent working environment.
