T Power Plus Meets Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicle Power Requirements
The automotive industry is evolving toward a new generation of smart electric vehicles. In addition to Zhongli plant, which has dedicated production lines for EV motors and drives, new factories have been set up in Mexico and India to expand global market and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. TECO’s In house developed and manufactured vehicle-grade permanent magnet synchronous motors and SiC (silicon carbide) high-power direct-drive EV powertrain deliver up to 350 kW of output power and 650 A RMS maximum current. With a power density increased by 2.5 times, these systems are adaptable for medium large-sized electric buses, intercity electric coach, heavy-duty electric trucks, and construction machinery. For high-speed commercial vehicles, TECO designs and manufactures high-speed hairpin motors for E-Axles, meeting the speed and climbing torque requirements of commercial trucks.

T Power Plus DD series
Motor: Long-distance operation of electric buses requires high-efficiency motors. TECO offers motors with power outputs ranging from 200 kW to 350 kW, adaptable for 7 to 12 m electric buses with mid-mounted direct-drive chassis. These motors provide energy savings, low noise, and reduced maintenance costs.
Drive: TECO’s In house developed SiC (silicon carbide) high-power direct-drive EV powertrain delivers up to 360 kW output power and 650 A RMS maximum current. With a 2.5 times increase in power density, it is ideal for medium to large-sized electric buses, intercity electric coach, heavy-duty electric trucks, and construction machinery.
T Power Pro High Performance Hairpin Motor
Commercial trucks require high-performance motors using the latest hairpin winding technology, offering compact size and lightweight design. The motors deliver up to 580 Nm torque and 200 kW power. For various applications, smaller commercial vehicles can achieve high CLTC efficiency suitable for urban logistics. With long product life and high cost-performance value, these motors are also compatible with small passenger CUVs, providing an optimal EV powertrain solution.

Application
DMIT 12 m EV Bus
Equipped with SiC high-power inverters, the powertrain delivers 200–350 kW tailored to 7–12 m electric buses (mid-mounted direct-drive chassis), offering high vehicle efficiency, low noise, and reduced maintenance costs.
E-Axle for 9 to 12 m EV Bus
High-performance hairpin motors incorporated with advanced SiC inverters are provided to bus OEMs or axle manufacturers for integration into electric drive axles. Supports 700–800 V working voltage, peak motor power of 200–380 kW, and motor efficiency up to 97.5%, meeting various vehicle specifications.
