T Power Air Electric Drone Motor for Commercial Use
TECO focuses on agricultural, commercial, and logistics drones. The newly developed medium-sized UAV hairpin motor incorporates five patented technologies: in-slot air cooling, resistance to 20 g axial shock, triple-protection coating, high-grade salt spray resistance, and high-temperature aluminous housing for anti-bearing slip. It supports a MTOW of 150 kg, meeting the requirements for electric VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft.
The mass-produced OD128 medium-sized drone motor uses an outer-rotor hairpin concentrated winding with a Halbach magnet arrangement, achieving a torque density of 25 Nm/kg and a peak power exceeding 13 kW, with a single motor capable of lifting over 75 kg.
These high-speed, high-voltage, high power-density electric motors demonstrate TECO’s innovation and manufacturing strength in smart mobility and UAV applications.
