Q: What are your current primary job responsibilities?
A: Our unit currently handles many different products, including servo drives, automotive electronics, and inverters. The team I lead is primarily responsible for
writing software for the servo drives. Anything that needs to move relies on a drive to get it to the correct position, and we must program its applications and bandwidth accordingly.
Q: What do you like most about TECO?
A: TECO is a company with a long history that continues to grow and expand. Because of this, it has abundant resources and stable development,
allowing employees to serve here long-term. Additionally, TECO emphasizes work-life balance, so most colleagues are able to leave work on time, enjoying life while working diligently.

A: In addition to the R&D and sale of motors—our original core product—TECO also has business groups dedicated to energy engineering, home
appliances, and more. We also have numerous subsidiaries worldwide, which provides TECO colleagues with various opportunities for development and experience, enhancing their competitiveness and growing stronger together with the company.
