Medium-and high-voltage motors
TECO's medium-and high-voltage motors are highly reliable, efficient, and stable with high power density, even under harsh operating conditions. Our products comply to international standards, such as IEC, CNS, GB, and NEMA. Every step of the production process is strictly regulated. We satisfy the needs of various industries, including the mining industry, the oil and gas industry, the petrochemical industry, the pulp and paper industry, power, water treatment, the marine industry, and the steel industry. Low-voltage motors
TECO's low-voltage motor series can satisfy the needs of different industries. High‑efficiency motors can enhance the equipment's efficiency by 2-8%. Constant speed motors can be applied in the food industry, conveyor belts, and papermaking. TECO has launched IE3 and IE4 induction motors. For variable speed control, IE4 Super Premium Efficiency Permanent Magnet Motor is great for fans, blowers and pumps. The quick response feature is also applicable in grinding machines, stamping process, and injection molding. As for the ventilation industry, we provide safe smoke extraction motors for more comfort and IE5 EC motors. TECO's explosion-proof motors provide solutions for various hazardous areas. Electric-car motor
TECO's electric-car motors (1-270HP) feature compact size/light weight, high efficiency, and high reliability, meeting the electric-power needs of new-energy vehicles of various customers. With passage of TS and 16949 certifications, the motors have been extensively applied in electric buses and specialty vehicles.
Reducers
TECO's Motovario reducers are designed for high power density, featuring a compact and modular design along with an excellent performance-to-strength ratio. Various contrast speeds, torques, applications, and input/output interfaces are available upon client request. VSF Series (Worm Gear Reducers): The most advanced solution in terms of efficiency and lifetime, the VSF series offers exceptional performance for a range of industrial applications, particularly in aggressive environments and those requiring high hygiene standards. HPL Series (Planetary Gear Reducers): Our highly advanced planetary gear reducers are superior to other alternatives on the market, providing robust solutions for demanding power transmission needs.B Series (Helical Bevel Gear Reducers): These cost-effective reducers are well-suited for general industrial applications. They offer versatility and have proven effective across various sectors. The loading capacities of the entire series have undergone ISO 6336 calculation and passed AGMA2001 certification. Additionally, ATEX 2GD/3GD explosion-proof certification is available upon client request.
Medium- to high-voltage inverters
TECO's medium- to high-voltage inverters (210 kVA to 12,950 kVA) boast full-load integration testing of motors and drives. Product characteristics and unique technologies include high power factor, low harmonics, and automatic voltage regulator (AVR) technology. Our inverters can quickly respond to any load change and output voltage consistently. Our unique cell bypass technology can help to provide a non-stop product line. Hardware and software functions are customizable upon client request.
Low-voltage inverters
TECO's low-voltage inverters can work with induction motors, permanent magnet motors, and synchronous reluctance motors. The latest auto-tuning technology can be applied in tension, position, speed, and torque capacity control, for either general or specific control modes (0.2 to 600kW), and supports various communication modules such as Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, Ethernet, compliant with CE and UL international safety standards. Protection levels IP20, IP21, IP55, and IP66 are available in each series.
