1. What is your role and tasks at TECO?

As a member of the training and development section, I am in charge of the company's talent cultivation, covering basic-, medium-, and high-tier chiefs, key talents, rank-and-filers, and production-line workers, via planning for a series of talent development courses and provision of necessary internal and external resources to employees.

2. What do you like most about TECO?

As an time-honored enterprise, TECO boasts a stable operation, including steady working hours, offering sufficient off-duty time for leisure activities, which include self-study during commuting or off-duty time via the newly established corporate learning platform.

3. How would you describe TECO to others?
