1. What is your role and tasks at TECO?

Our unit handles various products, including servo drive, automotive electronics, and inverters, with team under my leadership writing servo-drive programs to specify the applications and bandwidth of various products to assure their movement to correct positions.

2. What do you like most about TECO?

As a time-honored company, TECO has been growing and expanding continuously, enabling it to own rich resources and inducing its employees to serve in the company for a long time. In addition, with the company striking the balance between work and life, most employees have normal working hours, so that they can enjoy life after the serious work.

3. How would you describe TECO to others?

In addition to R&D on and sales of motors, the company's original product, the company has also formed various other business groups, such as energy engineering and home appliances, on top of a multitude of affiliates worldwide, giving TECO employees ample rooms for career development and opportunities for personal growth, along with the expansion of the company.
