Equipped with TECO’s third-generation oil-cooled motor technology, the system achieves over 97.5% efficiency and delivers 250 kW of power with 580 Nm of torque, while weighing less than 62 kilograms. Its high power density and modular design make it ideal for light commercial vehicles and electric buses, providing a highly efficient and lightweight drive solution for the EV market.
Unmanned Vehicle Motor Drive System
Centered on precision drive and strong propulsion, the system features advanced dynamic control and a design resistant to dust and moisture, ensuring stable operation and accurate positioning even in complex environments. TECO has launched robot joint modules such as the “Hip Joint” and “Rotary Joint” for quadruped robots. Their low current density (below 10 A/mm²) minimizes heat generation and increases efficiency. Supporting both EtherCAT and USB communication protocols, along with 17-bit single-turn and 16-bit multi-turn feedback, the modules provide exceptional control accuracy and positioning precision.
