She also holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Syracuse University, USA, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD, France. With extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning, she currently serves as a Director at Yeong Guan Energy Technology Group. Previously, she held several key positions, including General Manager of Jiayuan Investment Co., Ltd., Chief Strategy Officer at PJ Asset Management, and Financial Consultant at Siris Capital Group LLC (SAC PEI Holding), USA. Additionally, she served as Director, CFO, Acting Treasurer, and Spokesperson at Cosmos Bank, and Executive Vice President and Deputy CFO at Cathay Financial Holdings and Cathay United Bank. In 2024, Ms. Wu was appointed Vice Chairman of TECO Electric & Machinery. Leveraging her extensive international experience and outstanding leadership abilities, she is committed to further optimizing operational management to drive the company’s continuous growth and enhance its competitiveness.

He has served as Chairman of China Trust Commercial Bank, Director of the Straits Exchange Foundation, Director of the Taipei Bankers Association, President of China Guangdong Development Bank,and Chairman of Citibank Taiwan.He was also awarded the Best CEO in Taiwan by The Asian Banker. With his extensive experience in international financial management and his modest and harmonious personality, Chairman Li focuses on development strategies that emphasize talent stability and management while respecting TECO's existing culture and heritage. He aims to leverage TECO's technological advantages to actively develop new energy-saving products, seizing opportunities in the carbon reduction market. By integrating core products with emerging green energy products and combining them with TECO's global industrial chain, he seeks to expand revenue growth on an international scale, creating higher corporate value for shareholders, employees, and society.
