to green energy sustainability to drive the future together.
In recent
years, TECO has been transforming from a supplier of power equipment products
to a provider of integrated and innovative solutions. The human resources
manager stated that they are recruiting reserve cadres who are highly needed in
areas such as research and development technology, engineering management,
information technology, marketing and business, staff management, and talents
interested in developing their careers overseas. TECO pointed out that this
year's initiation of the reserve cadre program aims to build a core TECO TEAM
responsible for global market-related roles such as overseas business
expansion, foreign plant construction/ production/ biotech, product management,
overseas and post-investment management. Particularly, those aspiring in the
electromechanical or energy fields and willing to develop overseas are
encouraged. Upon passing the selection process, the company will offer
comprehensive training, rotations within business units, participation in key
projects, and high-level mentoring as part of the development plan. TECO's HR
manager is eagerly anticipating young individuals with the courage to pursue
their dreams and take on challenges, to showcase their expertise on TECO's
international stage, achieving a win-win for both the company and the
employees.
TECO has the
most extensive overseas presence among domestic electromechanical engineering
companies, with factories and subsidiaries in North America, China, Italy,
Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia, etc., and its business territory spans
across the globe, covering three major business clusters, namely, Green
Mechatronic Solution, Intelligence Energy, and Air and Intelligent Life. In
addition to providing energy-saving power systems, customized energy-saving solutions,
and energy technology services, it has also completed various domestic and
international energy storage system projects and Data Center electromechanical
engineering. It is also the largest contractor of onshore substations for
offshore wind power in the country. By the end of May 2024, following Chairman
Morris Li’s appointment, the company actively pursued mergers and global
expansion. It swiftly entered the booming transformer market, acquired advanced
flat-wire motor technology for EV power systems, and, through TECO-Westinghouse
Motor Company in the U.S., expanded into the North American energy storage and
EV charging station sectors. Furthermore, green electromechanical engineering
in Southeast Asia is one of TECO's key expansion targets. The rapidly growing
data center construction and green energy electromechanical projects in
Southeast Asia are also the target markets that TECO is actively expanding.
"Talent is
the key to corporate development," TECO stated it will continue to promote
collaboration with universities and colleges in Taiwan, providing diverse
career development opportunities. The HR manager announced that this year's
