1. What is your role and tasks at TECO?

I am in charge of America and Mexico market in Customer Support Department, Supply Chain Management Division. My job includes selling motors, negotiating the content and specs of products with costumers, and after sales service. My daily missions are providing on time delivery and timely service.


2. What do you like most about TECO?

I like the work atmosphere in TECO. Colleagues get along well with others. Not only we are willing to help each other, but we are also happy to share our own knowledge and work experience. I learned the expertisefrom my position, and I absorbed knowledge from colleagues at different fields. After the coordination among different departments, everyone is willing to collaborate and endeavors to achieve the goal. Plus, TECO is a compassionate work place, holding a lot of activities and providing various benefits. For example, employee massage service makes me relaxed. From this considerate welfare, we realize the company provides benefits from employee's perspective. These are what we really need in our daily work.


3. How would you describe TECO to others?

TECO has long history in depth with technique, experience, products. We have not only accumulated credibility and faithful customers, but we have also boosted and increased market share around the world. Although the business has laid the solid foundation, we are still developing new products and new markets aggressively. I believe this is a humble company which always keeps moving.​
