In order to enhance the business efficiency and purchasing process of B2B, our “e-Procurement system” is on one hand to provide enquiry, quotation and purchase information to all procurement departments of respective business division internally within the TECO business Group; on the other hand it is to establish a fair, open, secured and convenient access service for our suppliers to our e-procurement system.

The procedure to enter [TECO e-Procurement system] is as follows:

  1. Please click link to e-Procurement system to enter our procurement system
  2. Please click IQS
  3. Browse the announcement and click the enquiries list to proceed with our on-line Quotation
  4. New entry, please click new user.
  5. Browse and sign acceptance to [TECO e-Procurement system member’s Agreement].
  6. Enter company’s name and its V.A.T. number.
  7. Fill in member’s basic information.
  8. The new membership application is completed

TECO will confirm the membership by email to the applicant. Upon notification, please send by post the copy of the company business registry certificate, product brochure, product certifications and company references to TECO Head Quarters for approval. After approval TECO e-Procurement system will send the applicant’s customer registry number and password by email to the applicant to facilitate the online business process.
