TECO has been devoted into the OLED technology for nearly ten years, and TECO Optronics was formally founded in March 2001 after receiving authorization from Eastman Kodak. We primarily produce OLED flat panel displays for the mobile phone and target PDA, digital camera, and notebook markets. TECO Optronics will finish the production line installation and pilot-production by the end of 2002, and begin the real operation in the consecutive year. We anticipate the annual production to reach NT$5 billion within next three years.

TECO Nanotech Co. Ltd.
Previously known as TECO Information Systems, TECO Nanotech was founded in 1989 to meet the demands in domestic and overseas market for color CRTs. In response to ever-growing attention and rapid progress in Nanotechnology for development of flat panel display (FPD) applications, TECO Information Systems was renamed TECO Nanotech Co., Ltd. in August of 2002. It sets out to position itself in pursuit of technology advancement and better profitability in the field of CNT-FED (Carbon Nano Tubes-Field Emission Display) technology, as well as to broaden the scope of implementation of Carbon Nano Tubes and other Nano technology application.

Lien Chang Electronic Enterprise Co., Ltd.
Lien Chang is one of the top three manufacturers of fly-back transformers (FBT) in the world. In addition to the FBT and color deflection yoke (CDY) for CRT monitor/TV, we also manufacture the adaptor and inverter for LCD Monitor and Notebook PC. In the future, Lien Chang will develop itself into a diversified market based on its core high-voltage electronic technology.
