TECO - Westinghouse
As early as 1976, TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd. entered the US market. In 1987, heavy the motor production and marketing division of Westinghouse Electric Co. Ltd., a US company of over 100 years of history, merged with TECO to form a joint-venture, named "Westinghouse Motor Company". In April, 1995, TECO Electric & Machinery went on with the acquisition of Westinghouse Motor Company, making it a 100%-TECO owned enterprise, and formally changed the company name to TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company which handles the all US marketing, sales, and product services for TECO and TECO-Westinghouse branded motors manufactured in Taiwan and Malaysia.


TECO - Motovario S.p.A
Motovario S.p.A is founded in 1965, produces mainly gear reducers, motors, and other power-transmission products, notably worm gears for which it is a top tier player in the world
The company has highly automated manufacturing facilities in Italy and Spain, as well as 150 sales agents in 60 countries.
TECO acquires Italian company Motovario in 2015. It's a strategy extending its operation from standalone products to system products. The board also resolved to step up foray into the European market, so as to augment the company's growth momentum.



Global Deployment
As early as 1972, TECO set up its first business branch office outside Taiwan, and soon followed up with offices over the world, including USA, Canada, Japan, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Mainland China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand, for business development and customer services, along with forming strategic alliances in Mexico, India and Egypt.
